The Removal of Alcohol
Scottish licensing law 2005
At the conclusion of any Event where alcohol has been supplied by the AECC, all alcohol must either be consumed within fifteen minutes of the termination of the permitted licensing hours for the function, or left to be disposed of by the AECC. No alcohol will be permitted to be removed from the premises.
